Returns/Exchanges/Order Cancellation
Returns
New, unworn gear can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the delivery date. Return shipping is covered by us and free to you.
If you want to return an item follow theses steps:
1. Email us at leblanccyclingdesigns@gmail.com and include:
- your order number
- purchase date
- name of apparel purchased.
2. We will then create a return shipping label sent to your email address. Print the return shipping label then bring that and the item packaged up to your local UPS store.
Please keep the item in the original packaging until you have decided to keep the item. All returns or exchanges should be unwashed and unworn. Return order should be packaged well so that it returns in original shape. Returns cannot be sent outside the United states.
3. Once we receive the item you will receive a full refund within 10 days to the method of payment you used to purchase the item. No other form of payment can be used for a refund.
If you no longer have access to that payment method, then you will need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
Once a return is initiated it can't be cancelled.
Exchanges
Sometimes you need to exchange a product for something else. The easiest way to exchange an item is to return the original item through the above Return process and then order the new item/size as a new order. That way you do not have to wait for the original item to be returned and refunded.
There is no shipping cost to you for the return or for the new order.
Order Cancellation:
An order can be cancelled as long as the order has not been fulfilled. Often within the first 8-12hrs of an order. However if the order has been fulfilled, then follow the return or exchange instructions at that point.
